Investments Manager Responsibilities

• Support all financial modeling & analytical activities related to company acquisitions and new building developments.
• Support development of financial and analytical models for underwriting of investments that include all required metrics and considerations to assist with decision making for business investments.
• Analyze complex financial data sets and trends, and be able to interpret, simplify and present meaningful information to different partners within the organization.
• Support preparation of new building development business cases (with cross‑functional team) by leading the modeling, including potential capital investment, launch costs, revenue, expenses, EBITDA, tax, interest, cash flows and other financial projections.
