Job Description

                    Core Responsibilities  Investor Relations & Communication  Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, press releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and annual reports. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, earnings calls, and roadshows. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts. Monitor and report on investor sentiment, analyst coverage, and market perception. 
 Regulatory & Compliance  Ensure all disclosures and communications comply with DFM and SCA regulatory requirements. Support timely preparation and submission of corporate filings and governance reports. Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of disclosed information.
