Invoice Clerk

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating shipments, validating orders, processing invoices, and supporting basic accounting functions. Key Responsibilities of the Shipping & Invoicing Clerk

• Prepare and validate shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Verify completion of orders and monitor pending orders.
• Schedule shipments with transport companies, couriers, and the internal truck fleet.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipping documentation and transport truck loads.
• Create and distribute customer invoices via mail, fax, email, or scanning.
