Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Salary & Benefits: 14,000 MXN – 16,000 MXN (Direct Contract) + Benefits.

Final salary will be determined based on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to support billing operations in a fast-paced trucking and transportation environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring invoices are accurate, processed on time, and aligned with customer contracts and carrier agreements—helping maintain smooth financial operations and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices for trucking services, including linehaul, local deliveries, and accessorial charges
• Verify billing accuracy using dispatch records, Bills of Lading, and Proof of Delivery
