Job Description

We’re Hiring: Invoice Clerk    

  Location: Mexico (Remote)  
  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST  
  Salary & Benefits: 14,000 MXN – 16,000 MXN (Direct Contract) + Benefits.  
Final salary will be determined based on experience.   

  About the Role   
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to support billing operations in a fast-paced trucking and transportation environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring invoices are accurate, processed on time, and aligned with customer contracts and carrier agreements—helping maintain smooth financial operations and strong customer relationships.  

  Key Responsibilities   
  Prepare and issue customer invoices for trucking services, including linehaul, local deliveries, and accessorial charges
