Job Function
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of client / customers in alignment with predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Key Performance Areas
Support core processes and activities providing efficient and quality clerical services and accurate data input.
Work collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Manage and control client contractual pricing clauses.
Accurately compile information and support documents to produce invoices in a timely manner.
Create and release invoices into our Information system (SAP) following company procedures.
Assist in preparing and managing all types of documentation as required.
Continuously liaise with the telesales team on stock out or short expiries to ensure efficient customer service.
Inform the telesales team about the account status of the customer.
Understand and apply the daily bonus structure for customers.
