Invoice Clerk

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the accurate documentation and billing of outbound dairy products. Ensures that all shipments leaving the plant are fully documented, compliant with BIR standards, and aligned with warehouse inventory.

• Verifies the received order requests from clients

• Responsible for processing outbound orders in WMS

• Responsible for confirming all system vs. physical stocks transactions in WMS

• Generates, prints, and transmits pick list for preparation of stocks by warehouse operations

• Ensures completeness and correctness of pick list document for warehouse physical preparation

• Responsible for replenishment and letdown of stocks on the loose pallet locations

• Transmits the issuance and picking documents, including blank tally form (TO) to warehouse supervisor
