Job Summary / Position Objectives:

Billing Invoice Processor plays a crucial role in Northport's financial operations by managing the processing and validation of billings to ensure accurate and timely payment.

Key Results Areas / Duties and Responsibilities

1. PROCESS INVOICES

1.1 Checks computations and validates Arrastre billing statements with the Final Load List and Discharge List from the Operations Department.

1.2 Checks computations and validates Wharfage billing statements with the Final Load List and Discharge List from Operations Department.

1.3 Prepares dispute forms for invalid charges and monitors disputes resolutions.

1.4 Prepares Requests for Payment and submits for approval.

1.5 Monitors movement flow from the preparation of RFP, to approval of requests, preparation of AP and to final check payment.

1.6 Monitors Revolving Fund with the PPA
