Invoicer (Selecta)

Education & Experience:

• Must be at least an Associate degree holder or a College graduate in Business, Logistics, Accounting, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in invoicing, billing, or warehouse administrative work, preferably in a logistics or cold chain setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of invoicing and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and cold storage procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and invoicing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other WMS/ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight schedules, especially during peak delivery periods.

• Experience handling FMCG or frozen products such as ice cream.
