Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to customers within established deadlines.
• Maintain a 99–100% accuracy rate in invoice submissions.
• Track customer accounts and ensure no accounts remain past 50 days overdue.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies promptly and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain billing documentation in organised records using Excel or Google Sheets.
