Invoicing Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our team at WIFEY MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the company's invoicing process and ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare, review and process invoices for clients
• Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers to resolve any billing-related inquiries or disputes
• Maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile invoices and payments
• Support the accounts receivable function by following up on late payments
• Identify opportunities to streamline the invoicing process and implement improvements
