Invoicing Team Leader - Customer and Purchasing Invoicing

Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, accuracy and coaching skills to a newly created role in our Invoicing Department? We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Team Leader to join the team and ensure that all customer requirements are met to prevent queries and analyse preventative measures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide ongoing support to the team and regular coaching sessions
• Assign tasks to ensure workloads are completed within expected timescales
• Monthly reconciliation of customer invoices
• Onboarding and training of new team members
• Develop processes for new tasks before allocating to the Team
• Provide operational data for customer reports

About You
