Inzpire - Business Assurance and Improvement Lead

THE ROLE

Business Assurance & Improvement Lead – Provide hands‑on assurance support to the Company's management, business areas, project teams and individual functions, championing a culture of continuous improvement. This role ensures adherence to Company Policies and Procedures, relevant ISO 9001:2015 and other statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance to maintain and improve the Inzpire Business Management System.
• Produce an annual audit plan, conduct and support internal and external audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and alignment with company policy.
• Analyse and report on quality objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the development of corrective and preventive actions, conducting root‑cause analysis and monitoring effectiveness of solutions.
