Tworzenie i koordynacja wdrożeń projektów Lean Manufacturing;
Optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych;
Projektowanie procesów i rekomendowanie zmian;
Przeprowadzanie analiz efektywności procesów, symulacji zmian oraz identyfikacja najsłabszych ogniw;
