Requirements
4+ years of native iOS experience (Swift required; Objective C a plus) Production support experience for iOS apps (L2 or similar) Strong incident analysis, RCA, and bug fixing
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey
Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for production iOS applications Troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, memory leaks, and API failures Implement minor code fixes within L2 scope Support pre and post release activities Collaborate with L3 engineering, backend, and QA teams
