Iot Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Lead root cause analysis for system and connectivity problems
• Monitor deployed systems and proactively address performance or security risks
• Provide Level 2 technical support to customers and internal teams
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation and technical knowledge base

2. IoT & Cloud Integration

• Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms ensuring secure authentication and stable connectivity
• Configure routers, gateways, and connectivity solutions
• Support LAN/WAN setup, IP addressing, VLAN, DHCP, port forwarding and firewall basics
• Ensure secure device onboarding and data communication
