Role Overview

The IoT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, integrating and optimizing software systems for Coffeebot's smart vending machines. This role focuses on machine-to-cloud connectivity, remote monitoring systems, payment integration and continuous system improvement to ensure reliability, scalability and data accuracy across all deployed machines.

Key Responsibilities

1 Vending Machine Software Development

• Develop and maintain vending machine control software.
• Customize product logic (pricing, menu configuration, stock logic).
• Improve machine UI/UX interface (touchscreen flow & responsiveness).
• Support firmware enhancement and version control.

2 IoT & Cloud Connectivity

• Develop secure machine-to-cloud communication architecture.
• Integrate telemetry system (sales, stock level, machine status, error logs).
