IP Data Analyst I

Overview

IP Data Analyst I role at B&M Global Services Manila. The IP Data Analyst I will provide a full service for the trademark prosecution process or maintenance of clients' IP rights, using IP systems that have been and may occasionally be deployed. The role-holder will provide full administrative support in processing IP-related correspondence, issuing instructions to correspondent law firms, and fulfilling other duties as required ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of clients undertaken by IPSU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and process incoming correspondence relating to IP matters received from Baker McKenzie offices, IP clients, and additional global law firms
• Identify key deadlines and update client records accordingly using an electronic IP management system
