IP Executive

About the Role

At Quality Oracle Group, we help businesses protect and manage their IP portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for a mid to senior level IP Executive to join our team and support the end-to-end management of trademark, patent, and industrial design matters for our local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle filing, prosecution, and portfolio management for trademarks, patents, and industrial designs (local and foreign)
• Prepare and review correspondence including official actions, office actions, and client updates
• Monitor deadlines and manage renewal schedules to ensure no lapse in client IP rights
• Liaise with clients to provide status updates, obtain instructions, and manage expectations
• Coordinate with foreign associates and agents for international filing matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the case management system
