IP Law Intern: Trademarks & Copyright Litigation

Internship Role & Responsibilities:

Interns will gain hands on experience by working on trademark and copyright matters. Tasks include drafting responses to examination reports, oppositions, counter statements, rectification applications, and documents related to infringement and passing off cases, as well as handling civil suits and other litigation and prosecution work.

Eligibility:

Basic understanding of IP laws is required.
