IPAF Operator / Cleaner

We are currently seeking experienced cleaners for a fantastic opportunity, working with a well-established facilities management company on a temp basis.

Responsibilities

• Commercial cleaning and void property cleans, preparing them for works to commence, which includes high-level cleaning and jet washing.
• Work across Hertfordshire and North London.
• Flexible to work overtime, out of hours and weekends due to the reactive nature of the role.

We have been awarded the variation clean to the Woodwork Shop within the compound to complete this phase of construction works. The woodwork shop refurb works cannot commence until all sawdust and debris are removed from all high-level and low-level areas such as steel framework, ducting, hanging light fittings, cable cages, etc.
