IP/Patent Paralegal

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly-qualified and experienced Paralegal to join a market-leading global company based in Saudi Arabia. This lucrative position sits within their Intellectual Property Law Department.

The role will primarily involve Patent work, specifically Patent docketing, following in-place procedures and docketing new patent cases onto relevant software. You will be working closely with the ‘inventors’ and obtaining the necessary formal documents required. This will include providing a preliminary review of invention disclosure forms and categorising them by technology.

Applicants will have a good law degree (bare minimum 2:1) from a leading University, and it is preferable that they have additional Paralegal Certification from a recognised National organisation. However, Arabic linguistic skills (although welcome) are not required for this role.
