IPQA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·       Quality inspection control plan of semi-finished products, and reviewing and revising work procedures and acceptance standards based on the actual inspection process to ensure their applicability.

·       Maintain the process control points, and adjust them appropriately based on the company's product structure and quality status to ensure effective inspection.

·       Regularly collecting process product inspection data, accurately preparing statistical analysis charts in a timely manner, and analyzing quality status.

·       Responsible for formulating training plans for the IPQA, organizing training for process inspection personnel on awareness, skills, and knowledge, and supervising training effectiveness to ensure employees have sufficient quality awareness and work skills.
