Skills/Experience Required Includes

• Education: Relevant post secondary education should include CCNA - Voice certification at a minimum
• 3 to 5 years of recent and related working experience with the following technology skills
• IPT Telephony MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes)
• IPT Telephony Trouble ticket resolution
• IPT Telephony Global implementation support ( Reviewing Business requirements docs)
• TP and video infrastructure support
• Cisco UC (Call Manager, SRST gateways, Phones 79XX series, Contact Center Express)
• Cisco CMTS, VCS
