Because PostEx provides both delivery services and upfront cash solutions to e-commerce merchants, the IRO doesn't just manage lost packages—they manage the financial and operational trust between the company, the merchant, and the end-consumer.
Job Purpose
The IRO is responsible for investigating, managing, and resolving failed deliveries, payment discrepancies, and merchant disputes. You act as the primary troubleshooter to ensure that Return to Origin (RTO) rates are minimized and that merchants receive accurate settlements.

• Failed Delivery Intervention: Real-time tracking of orders marked as Undelivered. You must contact riders and customers to attempt a second or third delivery before a parcel is officially returned.
