Operation Support
· Interprets pay policies, (e.g., LOA, workers compensation, government, and statutory regulations,withholding exemptions, etc.) and attend to all associates HC related enquiries
· Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, related documentation.
Perform audits.
· Manage transportation
· Manage plant onboarding and offboarding process if required.
· Carry out all other activities / assignments as and when required.
