IRATA LVL 3 Supervisor

ROLE

TEAM Industrial Services is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Safety Lead to support rope access operations and industrial projects in Sarnia, Ontario . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing safe execution of rope access activities, supporting field crews, and ensuring compliance with IRATA/TEAM’s rope access standards, client requirements, and company HSE policies.

The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with proven industrial rope access experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate multi-discipline work scopes in refinery, petrochemical, and heavy industrial environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting TEAM’s commitment to safety, quality, and client service.
