Job Description

There is a challenging opportunity for an Iron Ore Metallurgist, based in the Northern Cape Province with extensive crusher experience. The main job function is to focus on improving the plant availability and improved efficiencies in production through asset optimization. Ensure that fixed crushers are at maximum availability and running at maximum performance.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy

•5 – 10 years’ experience working within plant and plant maintenance

•5 – 10 years’ experience working with fixed crushers

•Iron ore process experience

•Fixed Crusher with Metso experienced

•Core experience on the plant maintenance and maintenance planning
