Irrigation and Plant Health Manager

Position Overview

A newly created role central to our premium blueberry operation. You will manage irrigation, fertigation, and plant health using modern tunnel systems and Priva technology, making time‑sensitive decisions based on weather conditions. You will lead a crew, coordinate tasks, and support Harvest & Maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully manage irrigation and fertigation to optimize crop quality.
• Monitor plant health, pest and disease pressures, and act promptly.
• Make timely decisions based on climate/weather conditions.
• Lead and coordinate the crew, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time work.
• Collaborate with the Berry Manager and Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in irrigation, fertigation, plant health, glasshouse, tunnel house or indoor growing systems.
