Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating ISDA Agreements: Engage in negotiations with counterparties to establish the terms and conditions of ISDA agreements. This includes discussing trade terms, collateral provisions, credit support annexes, termination events, and other relevant clauses.
• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review, and revise ISDA agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the negotiated terms. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal language and financial concepts are essential.
