About the Role
Umbrella ISP Division is seeking a hands-on ISP Operations Lead to build and run the business from launch.
Infrastructure and systems are in place. The focus is now on execution, subscriber growth, operational discipline, and profitability.
This is not a conventional salaried role. It is a performance-based operating mandate with direct profit participation.
This is an on-site operational role. Daily presence in Deneysville is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive subscriber acquisition and recurring revenue growth
• Manage WISP infrastructure (PtP, PtMP) and FTTH deployments
