Issuer Services/Securities Services Deputy Manager

The Issuer Services Deputy Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing services in Germany to our clients and full leadership and direction to a team of employees in the absence of the Head of Operations. The overall objective of this role is the delivery of a best-in-class service to our clients, focused on efficiency and innovation, in a pristine control environment by dedicated & knowledgeable staff.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Execute securities transaction processing related to Issuance and Paying Agent services (Emissionsbegleitendes Institut/Zahlstelle)
+ Formulate procedures, techniques and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase team productivity, ensuring entire team meets or exceeds performance goals
+ Serve as an analytical and procedural expert, and as a point of escalation for staff members, management and internal/external clients
