IT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Position: IT Account Manager
Work Setup: Full Onsite, BGC
Employment Type: Project-based

Job Qualifications:

• Has 3 years of experience as IT Account Manager.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience in IT project management and delivery.
• Strong background in stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Experience handling and coordinating IT projects across teams.
• IT project delivery (was able to successfully deliver a project as a delivery manager or as a project manager)
• Contract Management skills (such as SOW, MA, MITA, etc.)
• Presentation to various level of stakeholders (good communication and written skills)
• Not required but a plus: ITIL or PMP or PMI certification

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6-12 months
