• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Job scope:

• Coordinate IT engineers' schedules for on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects, and manage interns' deployment.
• Liaise with Sales and IT departments on after-sales matters, and handle customer calls and emails efficiently.
• Maintain service inventory, order parts, and ensure accurate records for billing and system updates.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
