Role / Responsibilities

Provide first level technical support for corporate services and employees on software, hardware, systems and networking issues and service requests (in-person, video calls)
Install, configure, upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot IT systems.
IT systems management of access controls, software subscriptions and licenses, security best practices, hardware inventory with company policies and procedures
