YOUR MISSION:
The IT Administrator supports the business' IT needs across head office ,retail stores and warehouse operations. The role ensures business continuity through effective first‑line support, troubleshooting, device maintenance and operational assistance. This position plays a key part in reducing downtime, supporting infrastructure and contributing to new implementations under the guidance of senior team members.
