Job Overview: We are looking for an IT Administrator who is passionate about growing with us in the APAC region.
Position: IT Administrator
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Be a part of APAC IT Helpdesk to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Troubleshoot day to day issues relating to Laptops, Iphones, O365 and other corporate applications.
Manage the installation and setup of hardware and software systems.
Manage procurement and deployment of client computers.
Able to manage administration of printers, user accounts, access rights, and administrative services.
Manage telecommunications infrastructure of the KL office (Wi-Fi, LAN, router...
