IT Administrator

We are looking for a motivated IT Administrator to join our team. The IT Administrator will help maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide technical support to staff. This role is also open to fresh graduates who have a solid foundation in IT and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and provide first-line support for networks, servers, and security systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Assist with data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support IT-related projects and system upgrades.
Provide technical assistance to staff (onsite and remote).
Liaise with vendors and external service providers when needed.
