IT Administrator

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The key function of this position is to be a IT Systems Engineer with focus assisting the Network & Server Engineers, IT Administrator and IT Systems Manager with day to day duties.

Note: this role has a requirement to support all sites. Therefore, it includes occasional travel to DBN and CPT, in addition to local travel in Johannesburg between sites.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

• Install and configure of Laptop/ Desktops


• Ensuring Laptop/Desktop patches are up to date and applied


• Upgrading of Laptop/Desktop firmware as they get released


• Limited profile/password functions e.g. password resets


• Assisting new users


• Maintaining Printer


• Update Contact list on Ozone portal


• Remote Support to Users


• Log call with Dell for laptop related issues


• Able to support Mobile devices,...
