IT Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage end-user computing, device lifecycle, identity & access management, and endpoint security.
The role involves hands-on IT operations, audit readiness, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of IT processes, supporting a fast-growing, compliance-driven SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Computing & Asset Management
· Manage IT asset inventory for laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
· Handle procurement of laptops for new joiners and replacements for existing users.
· Perform laptop provisioning, OS installation, software setup, and security tool deployment.
· Reformat, reset, reassign, and decommission devices as part of asset lifecycle management.
· Ensure accurate documentation of asset ownership and lifecycle status.
Support & Troubleshooting
· Diagnose and resolve Software & Hardware issues related to Windows, MAC & Linux systems.
