IT Administrator/Technical Support.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Systems
  : Update and troubleshoot Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat) and Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) environments to ensure reliability.
• Support Backend Systems
  : Maintain iTeraTEL's backend infrastructure (servers, applications, databases) powering phone and internet services.
• Handle Customer Support
  : Resolve inbound calls from iTeraTEL's business customers, troubleshooting phone (Cloud Phone System, SIP Trunking) and internet issues.
• Maintain Networks
  : Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routers, and VPNs for secure connectivity.
• Drive Virtualization
  : Manage virtual machines using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
