Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy web applications or other similar application using relevant technologies

2. Work collaboratively or in isolation as the situation demands

3. Work closely with the Manager and other team members to continually improve the development process and the product quality

4. Establishing time/effort estimations for tasks, to support more effective planning

Essential Attributes:

1. BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

2. Hands on experience in designing and developing web applications

3. Familiar with Structs, Spring, Hibernate or other common framework

4. Familiar with common web servers, Tomcat/WebLogic/Websphere/etc

5. Familiar with relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/etc) and SQL query language
