VAM Systems is currently looking for  IT Agile Manager for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualification:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

·      Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required

·      Advanced agile certifications highly preferred

·      Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus

Experience:

·      7+ years of experience in agile environments with progressive leadership responsibility

·      3+ years of direct people management experience leading Scrum Masters, Project Managers, or agile teams
