Job Description

                    Accountabilities Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems. 
Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required. 
Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to accessfulfillment. 
Qualifications: (Specific for this job) Knowledge and Skills Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures 
Operate under the supervision of others 
Must have strong written communication skills 
Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications. 
Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms 
Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required
