**Responsibilities**

+ Define, design, develop, and implements computer applications and solutions.
+ Evaluate applications used by the organization, and upgrade or enhance existing programs.
+ Conduct surveys to consider user needs and capture marketing research data.
+ Oversee the implementation of computer solutions by managing programmers, coders, and equipment vendors to ensure the design is properly executed in a timely manner and stays within budget.
+ Define and enhance computer applications used, work closely with management to know the plans and goals to make immediate developments on the system.
+ Ensure that the system is secure and the network is well filtered.
