  Overview 
  IT Analyst 
 The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Analyst. He/She will be responsible for supporting IT Services and Project Management.
 The candidate will provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects support. In addition, the IT Analyst will be the liaison between company departments, IT partners, and the main internal contact for the projects.
 
   Responsibilities  
 
  Key Action Areas: 
 Understanding the needs of Business Areas in order to identify and specify technical solutions to support.
 Analyzes and performs problem solving and resolution on simple issues. Escalates problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
 Coordinate testing cycles and support of incidents of Business Areas.
 Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems.
