What you'll be doing
Technical Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, software and systems.
Diagnose problems, research solutions, and work with other IT teams to resolve issues.
Documents and records IT related issues and concerns and the corresponding resolution.
Provide network support escalation and resolution with IT group.
User Support
Assist users with questions, problems, or requests related to applications and software.
Provide guidance on how to use applications effectively and troubleshooting user errors.
Provide PC support, PC trouble shooting and resolve tickets related to Infrastructure to serve SMILSI and O&M issues.
