IT - Application Process Manager - Tech

We are seeking an Application Process Manager to join our IFS team within the international IT department.
Preferably 5-10 years of IFS/EPR experience.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**- Responsible for ERP Configurations, Reports, Integration and modification (CRIM) life cycle management
- Responsible for Developing and manage Integrations between the ERP and other IT systems.
- Contribute to keeping the ERP UpToDate as per vendor recommendations and BWE ERP strategy.
- Provide user support
- Test vendor, subcontractor and internal deliveries and make sure the deliverables adhere to the expected quality.
- Lead or participate in new implementation efforts.
- Maintain and suggest improvement of current solutions to be aligned with new technology trends.
- Follow up on tickets assigned through BWE IT Ticket System.
- Solve any issues in close cooperation with assigned super user.
