Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ERP applications

Actively participate in the software development lifecycle

Review, categorize, assign, and complete incoming tickets

Application user account management; unlocking accounts, creating new user accounts, disabling user accounts, updating user application security permissions.

Gather requirements for improvements to applications

Periodic checks for application performance and data continuity

Participate in quality assurance testing and training sessions

Maintain solution articles and training documentation

Coordinate with other members of the IT team on tasks
