IT Application Support

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow up with vendor.
• Conduct business walkthrough with Business Units to develop business initiatives or requirement, seek clarification, identify initiative correlation, and provide initial process and system impact analysis and resource needs.
• Act as in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business department whenever required
• Identify and capture opportunities for process digitization and recommend best practices to improve operation efficiency.
• Involving in implementation of IT initiative with internal and external vendors to ensure deliverable is within project timeline and allocated budget.
